Right of withdrawal & model form

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via an unambiguous statement (for example by email). You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.

Exception for hygiene products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Our lashes fall under this: once the seal has been opened or the product has been used, it can no longer be returned.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including standard delivery costs, without delay and in any case within 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.
