Shipping & returns
Delivery, costs, lead times and returns.
Shipping
We ship your order quickly and discreetly. Order on a business day before 15:00 and your parcel ships the same day. Orders after 15:00 or at the weekend ship the next business day. Shipping is free from EUR 49.95; below that we charge a fixed contribution. You receive a track & trace code as soon as your parcel is on its way. Orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest.
- Netherlands: EUR 3.95 - delivery within 1-3 business days (free from EUR 49.95).
- Belgium: EUR 5.95 - delivery within 2-4 business days (free from EUR 49.95).
- Germany: EUR 6.95 - delivery within 2-5 business days.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order. Within that period you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason.
Important: hygiene products
Lashes are hygiene products and are delivered sealed. For health and hygiene reasons: an opened or used product cannot be returned once the seal is broken (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). Returns are therefore only possible when the product is unopened and sealed.
How to return
- Report your return within 14 days via lashvie.cosmetics@gmail.com or the model withdrawal form.
- Send the unopened, sealed product back in the original packaging. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.
- After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the same payment method.
Damaged or wrong item received?
Is something not right with your order? Contact us in good time via lashvie.cosmetics@gmail.com - we will solve it together. Your statutory warranty and conformity rights always remain valid.
