At Lashvie Cosmetics we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you can read how to return an order and how the statutory right of withdrawal works.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for returning
To qualify for a return:
- The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be unused.
- The product must be returned complete.
- The product must be returned carefully packaged.
- Any accessories must be included.
Hygiene products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, certain products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This applies among others to:
- Press-on lashes
- Other sealed beauty products
If the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal lapses for these products, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a wrongly delivered product.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered products
Did you receive a damaged product or was the wrong product delivered? Please contact us within 5 working days of receipt via lashvie.cosmetics@gmail.com.
Please state:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After assessment we will, where applicable, arrange a replacement product, refund or another suitable solution.
Return procedure
Step 1
Register your return via lashvie.cosmetics@gmail.com. Please state:
- Name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
Step 2
You will receive further instructions from us for the return.
Step 3
Send the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification to the return address provided.
Return costs
The direct cost of returning is at the customer's expense, unless:
- the wrong product was delivered;
- the product was received damaged;
- there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
In these cases Lashvie Cosmetics bears the return costs.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount due is refunded within 14 days at the latest.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order, unless agreed otherwise.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted if:
- the seal of hygiene products has been broken;
- products have been used;
- products have been damaged through improper use;
- products are returned incomplete without a valid reason.

Business customers (B2B)
Return Policy for Business Customers (B2B) - Lashvie Cosmetics

This return policy applies exclusively to business customers, including salons, beauty specialists, resellers and other businesses that purchase products from Lashvie Cosmetics.
No right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
Orders that have been placed and confirmed by Lashvie Cosmetics are binding and cannot be cancelled or returned, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
No returns of regular orders
Lashvie Cosmetics does not accept returns of correctly delivered products.
Business customers must check their order carefully before it is placed.
Exceptions
A return request can only be submitted if:
- a product was received damaged;
- the wrong product was delivered;
- there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
In these cases Lashvie Cosmetics will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution within reason.
Obligation to report
Any complaints must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the order via lashvie.cosmetics@gmail.com.
The report must at least contain:
- company name;
- order number;
- a description of the complaint;
- clear photos of the product, the packaging and any damage.
Complaints reported after this period may be disregarded.
Hygiene and product safety
For reasons of health protection, hygiene and product safety, opened, used or damaged products are not accepted for return.
This applies among others to:
- press-on lashes;
- products of which the seal has been broken;
- products showing signs of use;
- products no longer in their original condition.
Returns
Returns may only take place after prior written permission from Lashvie Cosmetics.
Shipments returned without permission may be refused or returned at the sender's expense.
Assessment of return requests
After receipt and assessment of a justified complaint, Lashvie Cosmetics may, at its own discretion:
- supply a replacement product;
- credit the purchase amount in full or in part;
- offer another suitable solution.
The choice of solution lies solely with Lashvie Cosmetics.
Shipping risk
Returns are made at the expense and risk of the business customer until they have been received by Lashvie Cosmetics.
We advise always sending returns with track & trace.
